Empower Studios (situated in UFit Fitness) officially opened their doors in March 2025. Our founder Geo wanted a space that felt inspiring and creative to be within. Her goal is for the space to feel welcoming and professional that can host any classes ranging from kids classes all the way up to adults. We hope to have you in our studio soon!
